Labyrinth
Review by Jay
This film is one of my favourites, it was the first film of its kind that i remember watching. A typical good against evil, where Sarah, played by Jennifer Connally, wished that her baby brother, Toby was taken by the goblins. Her wish is granted, but then in a change of heart wants her brother returned. Jarth the Goblin King played by David Bowie then gives Sarah 13 hours to solve the labryrinth, before her baby brother becomes one of them forever. The casting of David Bowie for the part of Jarth was a stroke of genius, I found him to be a bit odd in other films but in Labyrinth he's amazing. I felt that the part suited him and he played it with ease. The puppetry was brilliant and magical. Over the film was fantastic and easily a 10.
