It's OK, sfx are impressive but not quite LotR, acting is abit naff but Brad Pitt wasn't as bad as I expected but he got the worse dialogue of the film. Fight scenes were excellently choreographed. Eric Bana, Sean Bean, Brian Cox & Peter O'Toole were good with Cox chewing the scenery! Orlando was pretty but that's about all you could say about him, until someone gave him a bow and some arrows & suddenly he came to life & found courage!

If that was Helen (the face that launched a thousand ships) then half the fleet would've stayed in Greece (miaow!). As an adaptation of Homer's Iliad it was OK for Hollywood. It was fun and the music was great, Gladiator 2 anyone?
